Side Panel: Used to display MedHunt's recruiting interface alongside supported webpages.
Storage: Used to save extension preferences, workflow status, temporary data, and settings necessary for the extension to function.
Active Tab / Tabs: Used to identify and interact with the supported recruiting webpage that the user is actively using.
Scripting: Used to run MedHunt functionality on supported webpages during a user-initiated recruiting workflow.
Downloads: Used when a user requests that candidate resumes or recruiting-related files be downloaded.
Host Permissions: Used to interact with specifically supported recruiting websites required for MedHunt's candidate-sourcing functionality.
If the extension requests additional permissions, they are used only where reasonably necessary to provide MedHunt's disclosed recruiting functionality.
4. Website and Browsing Information
MedHunt is not designed to monitor a user's general browsing history.
The extension may identify the current webpage, URL, or page content when required to perform a user-requested action on a supported recruiting platform.
We do not use this information to create advertising profiles or track users across unrelated websites.
5. Data Enrichment and Third-Party Services
MedHunt may use third-party service providers to support candidate matching, contact discovery, data enrichment, hosting, infrastructure, or other functionality required to provide the service.
Where candidate information is submitted to a service provider, we limit the information shared to what is reasonably necessary to perform the requested function.
Third-party providers may process information according to their own contractual obligations and privacy policies.
MedHunt does not authorize service providers to use information received through MedHunt for unrelated advertising or marketing purposes.
6. Sale of Personal Information
MedHunt does not sell personal information collected through the extension.
We also do not transfer user data to third parties for unrelated advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or other purposes unrelated to MedHunt's recruiting functionality.

Although MedHunt is designed for healthcare recruiting, professional healthcare information such as a person's occupation, specialty, license, certification, or employment history is used for recruiting purposes.
MedHunt is not designed to collect patient medical records, diagnoses, symptoms, treatment information, or other personal medical information.
Users should not submit protected health information or patient medical information to MedHunt.
8. Authentication and Passwords
MedHunt does not intentionally collect passwords or login credentials for third-party recruiting websites.
Users should never provide third-party passwords, security answers, PINs, or similar sensitive authentication credentials through MedHunt unless a feature specifically requires and securely supports such information.
9. Personal Communications
MedHunt is not designed to read or monitor a user's personal emails, private text messages, or unrelated communications.
If future functionality allows a user to send recruiting communications through MedHunt, such information will be used only to provide the requested recruiting functionality.
